We were faced with a very difficult task – to find a driving instructor for a driving school. In Germany, it is very difficult, because staff are sorely lacking. Typically, marketers are faced with a problem when there is a product, but there is no demand, in this situation the opposite is true, i.e. there is a product, there is a demand, but it is not possible to realize it due to a lack of personnel.
We decided to launch advertising on social networks (SMM). We developed a video banner, adapted it for all advertising platforms (Instagram, Favebook, etc.). The banner was developed in two languages: Russian and German. We identified the target audience, sorted it by language, age and geolocation. The advertisement was set up in such a way that a banner in Russian is shown to a Russian-speaking audience, a German-speaking audience, in German.
We are confident that thanks to our efforts, the driving school will expand the staff and all students will receive the long-awaited driver’s licenses.
